Source. Youthful Greens contains a mixture of the finest ingredients, gathered from around the globe. Pesticide free grains harvested at their peak, natural sea vegetables, standardized herbal extracts and freeze-dried acidophilus, are all part of the delivery of maximum food and nutritive value in a concentrated form.

How to Use It
Youthful Greens can be taken first thing in the morning for maximum absorption, with meals or between meals. Mix well with spring or distilled water, or with your favorite unsweetened fruit juice. It may also be blended with a banana or other ingredients for a nutritious snack or meal substitute.
